A Word about Binding Types.

Some of the manuals are offered in several types of bindings to meet your needs.  Prices are the same.  Each type of binding has its own advantages and disadvantages.  Choose the type that's right for you!
edge.jpg (4854 bytes) Edge Stapled:
Advantages:
Inexpensive, stores flat in a pile, bookshelf, or file folder.
Disadvantages:
Does not open flat.
Stapled in the Fold:
Advantages:
The binding type that the originals use; stapled along the fold.  Opens flat.   Stores flat in a pile, bookshelf, or file folder.
Disadvantages:
Expensive to produce in some formats and therefore only available for certain manuals.

comb.jpg (9407 bytes) Plastic Comb:
Advantages:
Opens flat.
Disadvantages:
Does not store flat - the binding is subject to damage in a pile or file folder.
Three Hole Punched:
Advantages:
Opens flat.  Pages can be removed.  Many manuals can be stored in the same binder.
Disadvantages:
You need to supply your own binder.
